There’s something wonderfully liberating about stepping into London armed with nothing more than a One Day Travelcard and a sense of curiosity. No need to worry about tapping in and out, no mental arithmetic about zones—just hop on, hop off, and let the city unfold. That was the spirit of my day: a whistle‑stop adventure through some of London’s most iconic landmarks, stitched together by buses, tubes, and a fair bit of wandering.
